The new partner welcome ceremony is very different than what you would expect as a welcome for your first day at a new company. While you would most likely be welcomed by some of your coworkers as you get a chance to meet them at another company the welcome ceremony at Phillips brings your new coworkers together to give you a warm welcome as soon as you get there. This gives you a glimpse of what to expect from the Phillips culture and also lets you know what the goal of Phillips is for each partner, to become a BRAND AMBASSADOR.
